Update
Status Update: We would like to inform you, that our services are mainly up and running again. Data is syncing again and can be accessed. Unfortunately, we're facing an issue still partially hindering the login to our KiwiOS.Operator (Installer Center) and TIH.hems, which requires us to extent the maintenance window by an additional hour.
